History of the business
At Cognovi, for more than 10 years we have been developing learning and assessment situations that meet and exceed the needs of our clients. We also have a combination of close to 20 years experience in design, teaching and the development of learning activities. At Cognovi, as a result of these many years of experience, we have developed a unique way of seeing and doing things. Our distinctive service features analysis, needs assessment, planning, follow-up, communications and teamwork. These factors transform professional training investments into measurable increases in business performance and productivity.
Our goal? To offer training that is ergonomic, user-friendly and centered on the needs of all types of learners and users.
In 2001, Manon Bourgeois, our founding president, was a finalist in the Young Entrepreneur Award category at the Gala des Phénix, in Timmins, ON. Later, she won the Gala de la femme 2004 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
