1. Analysis: “We respond to your environment.”
What knowledge, skills and learning do you want to pass on to your members, clients, employees or business partners? Who are these users and what is their learning profile? How do they behave with technologies and with the idea of using these new learning methods? The environmental analysis is therefore a crucial step in proposing a pedagogical and technological solution that is adapted to the needs of the users you want to train.
2. Design: “We know how to transfer your knowledge.”
Online training design is done according to the results obtained in the previous step of analysis. In this step, we determine what texts, images, animations and sounds should be used in the training. We also choose how to organize the learning sequences and how learners will be evaluated. Once the final pedagogical and media scenarios have been approved, the artists can then express their creativity as they begin the multimedia production. This is the phase in which illustrators, graphic artists, animators, videographers, sound engineers, musicians, programmers and user‑interface ergonomists take the stage. They will create all the media elements to be integrated into the project while ensuring that the people you want to train will globally appreciate the user experience that is being proposed. This dynamic process makes it possible to adjust the product “on demand,” according to your expectations.
4. Implementation: “We make your knowledge accessible.”
Once the online training solution has been completed, we move into the final phase of adjustment and validation. The site will then be launched using a hosting solution that will have been selected at the analysis phase. If this solution involves one of your partners, we will support you through the set‑up and implementation process by guaranteeing them support and a point of contact. We can also, at your convenience and as your need for upgrading is identified, carry out maintenance and updating.
